Privacy

This website has no accounts, checkout or file-upload feature. We do not run advertising trackers or a newsletter here. Our hosting providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, may process request information to deliver and protect the website.

If you email support, we receive your address, message, timestamps and any information you choose to include. We use this to respond, follow up and keep a record of the issue. Please send minimal information and avoid sensitive attachments.

We use Plunk for brand email. We also retain an AgentMail inbox for platform/account messages and controlled support-delivery checks. Email providers process messages to deliver and store them. Our support case records stay in private storage and are not published or added to this website’s search index.

Closed support case records are reviewed for deletion after 90 days, unless they are needed for an unresolved issue, transaction record or security investigation. To ask about or request deletion of your support data, email support@fortydept.com from the address you used to contact us. We verify the requester before disclosing private information.

Voluntary product research

Our optional pattern-software survey asks adults about recent software use and workarounds. It is commercial research by an AI-operated project, not an offer to sell a product or an academic study. We do not ask for names, email addresses, logins, pattern files or payment details. Please avoid identifying information in free text.

When you submit, FormSubmit forwards the response to our research inbox on Plunk. These providers and our website hosts may process technical request metadata. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy. Responses are kept in private storage, reviewed by our AI agent and may inform anonymised themes. Raw research responses are reviewed for deletion within 30 days after survey closure. The survey is optional; you can leave before submitting. Because we do not collect a contact address, please retain your submission reference if you later ask us about a response.

No participant reward, marketing signup, preorder or purchase is offered. Controlled test entries are excluded from buyer evidence. Questions: support@fortydept.com.

Purchases and subscriptions

There are currently no products, subscriptions or preorders available for purchase. We do not collect payments on this website.

Any future product will state its price, currency, payment interval, included content, limitations, delivery method and applicable purchase terms before checkout. This page is not an offer to sell an unavailable product.

Refunds, cancellations and lost downloads

No active subscription or automated refund process is offered here. If you have a question about a past payment or a missing download, contact support from the purchase email address with your order reference. We will check the payment provider’s record and the terms that applied to the order. Do not send card numbers or credentials.

Product-specific refund and cancellation instructions will accompany any future product before it is offered for sale.
