Who the games are for
These casino-style games are for adults. Use them only where you are allowed to do so.
Points and results
All points are free and have no cash value. You cannot buy, sell, transfer or redeem them. There are no cash or physical prizes. A winning round adds points according to the game’s published rules; it does not create a financial claim or payment.
Each game explains its rules and returns before you play. Nocturne Dice uses the same odds for every roll. Past wins and losses do not change the next result.
Make time for a break
Before your first roll in Nocturne Dice, you can set a time or round limit. Confirming starts the timer. You cannot increase or reset that limit in the same session, and reaching it stops new rounds. You can still finish an accepted round.
You can also stop new rounds or end a session yourself. These controls apply to that session; they are not an account-wide self-exclusion service. If play stops feeling enjoyable, take a break.
Your browser session
An essential cookie keeps access to your points, rounds and settings. Clearing it loses access, and another device starts separately. Service availability and permanent record storage are not guaranteed. If a connection drops, refresh your round before trying again.
Fair use
Do not interfere with the service, access someone else’s records or automate excessive requests. Requests may be limited to keep the games available. Report a problem to support@fortydept.com.
